Pan Challah


E' ottimo sia a colazione accompagnato da burro, marmellate e creme spalmabili varie, is to go with cream cheese.
I like to eat it alone.

Ingredients:

250 g. Manitoba
50 g. rye flour
50 g. of durum wheat
20 g. cornstarch
30 g. dark chocolate
50 ml. Oil
50 g. yogurt
20 g. yeast
200 ml.
water 2 tsp Golden Syrup or honey
30 g. sugar cane (the dark, soft)
1 teaspoon salt 1 egg yolk for glazing
final

Procedure:

Dissolve the yeast in the yogurt, add it to water and sugar with 5 tablespoons of Manitoba. Let rise for 15-20 minutes.
Put chocolate in a blender along with 2 more tablespoons of flour in Manitoba and reduce it. Combine all the ingredients to yeast mixture and work hard until the dough becomes nice and smooth and shiny.
Let stand for 30 minutes and then spread with a rolling pin and roll.
let rise in a cake tin until doubled, frosting with lightly beaten egg and bake at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
